Very Good

The location are just a few minutes away from the beach. Car parking also available for free. Room is spacious and have great view.

No hanger or hook in the bathroom. Even no place to hang towel. Makes taking a bath harder than it should be.

Not happy at all

I felt that the comforter was not new at all. When I wake up my allergy attack so bad. For an expensive hotel, I believe it is a must to change the bedding’s every time a new guest checked in. Good thing I just stayed there overnight

Nice place to stay on one of the best beaches in Busan.

Perfect location on Gwangalli Beach. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Coffee cafe in the lobby open late in the morning. Would be nice if they opened 8 am.

Location right by Gwangan beach. Cafe below and Tours des Jours nextdoor Lots of places to eat nearby Good shower and comfortable bed Friendly and helpful staff Problems sorted out immediately

30mins walk to nearest subway, but taxis are cheap, very easy to obtain via reception staff (came with a minute every time!) Doesn't show up on Naver maps or come up on search engines easily and taxi drivers didn't know it (there is another in Haeundae)

location is excellent

fur coat no knickers kind of place, looks fancy and has plenty of cool props but the staff are so so so rude and the place is dirty, not just dusty - proper dirt. the bathrooms have glass doors so don’t stay unless you’re happy to be on view in the loo.

Amazing location but little things let down our stay.

The suite was very spacious and nicely set out. The large windows allowed beautiful views of the local area and Gwangalli Beach. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping areas.

The colour scheme was overpowering - a lot of glossy black and mirrors. Had trouble with the powerpoints, with some in the bedroom not working. Not good when you have to plug in a c-pap machine. Had to sleep at the other end of the bed!

Location. It's possible to control everything in the room through a device on the night stand. Even the inclination of the bed.

Room is a bit stuffy. It's very warm and not easy to cool down even with the ac on for hours. They told me the room had ocean view but we could only see a small portion of water far away between 2 tall buildings. Sleepers were old and worn out. I'm not sure they change them or clean them before a new guest uses them. Some areas of the room look dirty but they're actually ruined/damaged.

The rooms are very nicely designed. There was definitely a lot of thought put into furnishing and decor. It felt like a high-quality hotel in the room. The beds are fine, the pillows are awesome. The location is convenient. All the cab drivers seemed to know it, so it is easy to get back to.

The breakfast was underwhelming compared to the price and the "sea-view" was a sliver between buildings, so you don't actually get to sit by a window and stare at the ocean. Skip the sea-view and just go for a regular room.

Most comfortable sleep I've had in a Korean hotel.

They have the best bed in all of the Korean hotels I've stayed in.

There was only one elevator and the hotel was very busy which made using it difficult.

Good value, great location for beach n cafe vibes

The beds were very comfortable (they recline up if you wish) The rain shower head was cool The separate shower / toilet / sink was great Samsung TV was top notch House cleaning was prompt

There needs to be a deep cleaning of the room. The carpets are filthy and the side tables have not been wiped down on the sides (stains very visible). Needs to be vacuumed behind the furniture, it's visibly dirty. The room smells very artificial, needs to be neutralized. Smells like a "love hotel", sickly sweet spray

Nice stay but room needed a more thorough cleaning

The location was good, the staff were friendly, and the check in process was seamless. The room had a host of smart features that you could control from a hub including a bed that could fold a bit for easy reading.

The smart home hub was supposed to be voice activated but rarely worked so I ended up always tapping it. The main critique though was that the room seemed like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The carpet had stains all over it, which I understand happens after some time, but a few shelves had clearly not been dusted and there were some piles of dirt/grime and a few long hairs in some of the corners. Nothing too bad, but if you prefer perfect cleanliness I probably wouldn't stay here.
